Our Strawberry & White Chocolate Sourdough Cookies are made using freeze dried strawberries allowing for a more concentrated strawberry flavour with a slight tartness.

We cream together our very own sourdough starter, browned butter, sugar, free range eggs, vanilla beans, biscuit flour and fold through chunks of freeze dried strawberries to achieve a delicious rich cookie base, baked and topped with a fresh squeezed lemon vanilla bean icing, & freeze dried strawberry powder.
