Our Raspberry Coconut Slice is made with a baked vanilla slice base which gets topped with raspberry jam & a sweet coconut mixture then baked again until golden.
Can swap the Raspberry Jam for Lemon Curd.
Our slices get baked in a 9”/9” square tin and cut into 12 dessert, 16 morning tea or 24 bite size pieces.
This slice will easily last one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
