My Brown Sugar Pencan Pie Cheesecake is made with a graham cracker base topped with a brown sugar & vanilla bean cheesecake mixture.
Once this has set, I then top with a mixture of caramelised pecan nuts cooked in brown sugar, butter, cream, maple syrup, vanilla beans & pinch of salt.
It is always best to cut cheesecakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.
All of my cheesecakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.
All of my cheesecakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
