My Lemon Yoghurt Cake consists of two layers of my vanilla bean yoghurt cake rolled in lemon sugar, filled with a vanilla bean cream cheese icing & homemade lemon curd. Topped with more icing, more curd, fresh lemon zest & house dehydrated citrus.

It is always best to cut cakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.
All of my cakes will last up to one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator OR you can freeze them.
All of my cakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.
All of my cakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
