Sweet Passionfruit Slice - Gluten Friendly

Our GF Passionfruit Slice is a very sweet & decadent slice made with a baked vanilla slice base topped with a sweet & creamy mixture consisting of sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice & vanilla beans. This gets baked again until set then topped with a thin layer of passionfruit jelly.

Our slices get baked in a 9”/9” square tin and cut into 12 dessert, 16 morning tea or 24 bite size pieces.

This slice will easily last one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
