Sweet Passionfruit Slice - Gluten Friendly

Our GF Passionfruit Slice is a very sweet & decadent slice made with a baked vanilla slice base topped with a sweet & creamy mixture consisting of sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice & vanilla beans. This gets baked again until set then topped with a thin layer of passionfruit jelly.

OR if you're not a fan of passionfruit, there is an option for "lemon" which will be the same slice, just substituted with extra fresh lemon juice instead of passionfruit. This would go extremely well with some plain whipped cream to offset the sweet tartness.

Our slices come in a 9"/9" square.

This slice will easily last one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
