Gluten Friendly Apple Sour Slice

Our GF Apple Sour Slice is a classic favourite.

We make our gluten friendly baked vanilla slice base, then top with apples & a sour cream mixture sprinkled with cinnamon then bake until set.

Our slices get baked in a 9”/9” square tin and cut into 12 portions.
