Our Gluten Free Rich Chocolate Cake is a decadent, moist cake layered with a whipped chocolate ganache buttercream, a mixed berry mousse in the middle, and topped with fresh berries.
The cake cutting guide in these photos is a guide only, and there to help assist those who are a little unsure of how to cut a large round cake.
Once you have made your “crisscross” pattern cuts like the reference photo, lay your cake slices on their side and cut in half to double your servings.
*TIP - make sure you have a clean chef’s knife for cutting the cake, this will be made even easier if you have access to some hot water to dip your knife in and wipe clean for each slice*
