Gluten Free Lemon Coconut Slice

Our Gluten Free Lemon Coconut Slice is made using lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice & zest, vanilla beans & coconut, along with our very own gluten free slice base recipe. 

This is a thick, hearty slice, sure to cure your sweet tooth with a little zing from the fresh lemons. 

Our Lemon Coconut Slice is baked in a 9”/9” square baking tray, and cut into 12 cafe sized servings approximately 11.5cm/3.5cm.

As this slice is quite rich and dense, you could easily cut each serving in half again to make 24 servings. Or even smaller for a grazing table.
