Gluten Friendly Lemon Coconut Slice

Our GF Lemon Coconut Slice is a thick hearty dense baked slice made using gf biscuits, vanilla beans, fresh lemon juice & zest, sweetened condensed milk, butter & coconut. 

This slice is then topped with a lemon, coconut & vanilla bean buttercream. Garnished with my house dehydrated citrus.

Our slices come in a 9"/9" square.

This slice will easily last one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
