Gluten Friendly Lemon Coconut Slice

Our GF Lemon Coconut Slice is made using lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice & zest, vanilla beans & coconut, along with our very own gluten free slice base recipe. 

This is a thick, hearty slice, sure to cure your sweet tooth with a little zing from the fresh lemons. 

Our Lemon Coconut Slice is baked in a 9”/9” square baking tray, and cut into 12 generous servings.

You could easily cut these portions in half again to make 24 servings or into 3rds to make 36 bite sized servings.
