My GF Salted Caramel Cheesecake is made with a GF vanilla biscuit base topped with a salted caramel cheesecake mixture.

Once this has set, I then top with a Caramilk chocolate ganache & sprinkle of sea salt.

It is always best to cut cheesecakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.

All of my cheesecakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.

All of my cheesecakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
