My GF Coconut, Lime & Vanilla Bean Cheesecake is made with a GF vanilla coconut biscuit base topped with a fresh lime, coconut & vanilla bean cheesecake mixture.
Once this has set, I then top with zingy homemade lime curd, shredded coconut & house dehydrated cirtus.
It is always best to cut cheesecakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.
All of my cheesecakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.
All of my cheesecakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
