My GF Black Forrest Cheesecake is made with a GF chocolate biscuit base topped with a chocolate cheesecake mixture & a vanilla bean cheesecake mixture.

Once this has set, I then top with homemade black cherry compote & shaved dark chocolate.

It is always best to cut cheesecakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.

All of my cheesecakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.

All of my cheesecakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
