My GF Apple Sour Cheesecake is made with a GF vanilla biscuit base topped with a sour cream vanilla bean cheesecake mixture with added homemade apple compote & generous sprinkle of cinnamon.

It is always best to cut cheesecakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.

All of my cheesecakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.

All of my cheesecakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
