#  Crème Brûlée Tart - Crème Brûlée means “Burnt Custard” Crème = Cream and to Brûlée something is to burn/scorch it in French terminology.

Homemade shortcrust pastry filled with a vanilla bean egg yolk based custard, baked low and slow to create a thick set velvety texture. Which I will top with sugar and caramelise with a blow torch right before I set off for deliveries. 
(the sugar will slowly soften over the day with the condensation of the custard - which is normal, but the goal is to enjoy whilst the sugar is still crunchy)

#   Profiteroles - Crispy handmade choux pastry rounds filled with my delicious vanilla bean whipped cream crème patisserie. Dipped in Cadbury dark chocolate.

#  Raspberry Lamington - Vanilla yoghurt mini loaf cake rolled in raspberry jelly & coconut, filled with a sweet tangy raspberry compote. Topped with a white chocolate cream mousse, white chocolate shards & freeze dried raspberries. 
(Inspired by Michell Morfett’s amazing raspberry lamington!) 

#  Salted Caramel Apple Crumble baked Cheesecake brioche - Brioche dough (much like my scroll dough) filled with a vanilla bean cream cheese filling, topped with slow cooked cinnamon apples & crumble mixture. Baked until golden then drizzled with homemade caramel sauce. (Slightly warm in the microwave to eat)

Dessert boxes will be ready Saturday - usually between 8:30am-11am. 

IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME IN THIS TIME, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP & YOU CAN COLLECT FROM ME SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

Your dessert box will always have 4 dessert portions and change each week.
