This dessert box will be ready on Friday 19th June.

• Custard Slice - my thick homemade vanilla bean egg custard cushioned between golden puff pastry and dusted with icing sugar.

• Cadbury Chocolate Brownie - my rich chocolate brownie made with Cadbury dark chocolate, butter, vanilla beans & free range eggs.

• Baked Salted Caramel Slice - my baked caramel slice is a rich slice topped with dark chocolate & sprinkled with sea salt. 

• Apple & Rhubarb Crumble - my crumble is made using fresh rhubarb and apples which are stewed with vanilla beans & brown sugar.
Topped with a baked crumble mixture consisting of oats, flour, brown sugar, coconut, cinnamon, mixed spice & butter.
