My Cadbury Dark Chocolate Tim Tam Cheesecake is made with chocolate Tim Tam biscuit base topped with a dark chocolate cheesecake mixture.

Once this has set, I then top with a Cadbury dark chocolate ganache & Tim Tams.

It is always best to cut cheesecakes with a hot, clean, sharp knife for a clean slice.

All of my cheesecakes come in either a 9" square OR 9" round.

All of my cheesecakes will come on a 10" cake board in a 10" box.
