Our Brookie Slice is a combination of our full recipe Classic Cadbury Dark Chocolate Brownie PLUS our Brown Butter Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough which gets baked together & sprinkled with sea salt.

Our slices get baked in a 9”/9” square tin and cut into 12 dessert, 16 morning tea or 24 bite size pieces.

This slice will easily last one week in an airtight container in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
