Our Anzac & Dulce De Leche Sourdough Cookies are approximately 120grams each, inspired by the classic Anzac cookie but revamped & tweaked to make it the best it’s ever been!
With notes of golden syrup, brown sugar & coconut, paired with a soft caramelised dulce de leche centre.
This cookie could even be cut into quarters and shared among friends with a cup of tea, or would also be great warmed slightly and eaten with ice cream for dessert.
